If you are interested in establishing as a new patient at the Franciscan Health Family Medicine Residency, we are currently accepting patients who fit the following criteria:
Age of 65+ years
Pregnant patients
Family members of established patients
Please call us at 317-528-8921 to speak with our office about scheduling.
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accept other new patients who do not fit this criteria. However, we do anticipate being able to accept any new patient at some point in 2026 and will update this section in due time.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
If you are needing to contact a physician outside of clinic hours, please call 317-528-8921 and follow the directions provided. A physician will be contacted about your call and will respond as soon as possible.
If you have sent a MyChart message to your physician, please allow 24-48 business hours for a response. If you have an urgent/emergent concern, please call the office number listed above.
